Package & Send A Case

Wet Impressions

To ensure the utmost protection and infection control, impressions and bites should be carefully dried and placed in a plastic bag. Additionally, it is vital to wrap your impression with a moist paper towel to maintain its necessary moisture. Please ensure that the prescription is kept separate from the impression bag. 

 

Photos

We recommend enclosing photos, flash drives, or other materials in their own individual plastic bags for added security.

 

Articulator

For optimal protection during shipping, the articulator should be placed in the manufacturer's heavy-duty plastic container. If you do not have one, we advise investing in a container to safeguard your articulator.

 

Packing Box

All prepared items should be placed in a new or recycled JU Genesis Dental Laboratory box. If needed, use foam or other packing materials to securely cushion the items and prevent any movement or damage. You can place two boxes into each UPS Express bag and attach an airbill on top. When sending multiple UPS Express bags, tape them together and use a single airbill to save on costs.

How can I find out how many days the dental lab will need to finish my case?

See our turnaround time. This calendar will help you schedule your patients' return appointments. Please call us for any FREE RUSH cases. We will do our very best to help you serve your patients. 

How much are the shipping fees? FREE inbound shipping! JU Genesis Lab pays for shipping from your office to our facility. Outbound deliveries are subject to a $17.00 (overnight) fee. We bundle ship as a courtesy and encourage our customers to do the same when sending cases to JU Genesis Lab. 
What is the best way to package my cases for shipping? Put each dental case in a plastic bag and include the appropriate Rx form in the bag. Make sure the impressions are secure to prevent breakage during transit. Secure the box with tape and attach the shipping label form.
